GEOMELT®55 Concentrate is a non-chloride “green” organic salt accelerator derived from sugar beet production.

Treating your salt products with GEOMELT® will:

• Reduce corrosiveness of the salt by 50-60%
• further reduce corrosiveness and chlorides applied to pavements and into the environment because you reduce your total salt used by 25-30%!

Real World Example

• Cost of untreated rock salt: $75/Ton
• Cost of GEOMELT®55 treatment: +/- $15/Ton (5 gal/ton) (includes both the materials and your labor to treat the salt.)
• Total cost if you treat your salt: $90/Ton
• End cost of your ‘EcoSALT’ $90 x 70% = $63/Ton

So in the above example you get more effective de-icing at an effective $13/Ton savings.
